Crestholm emerged from a simple observation: many business owners find themselves caught between the demands of running an enterprise and the desire for a meaningful, balanced life. While business literature often presents these as competing forces, we've found that with thoughtful consideration, they can actually support one another.
Founded in Victoria in 2018, we began by working with service professionals who were questioning their path forward. These conversations revealed patterns. Business owners weren't seeking revolutionary changes or dramatic pivots. They wanted someone to help them think through their options, consider their priorities, and make decisions that honored both their professional commitments and personal values.
Over time, this work evolved into three distinct consulting engagements, each addressing a common inflection point in a business owner's journey. Some clients were exploring alignment between their work and life. Others needed to optimize their service delivery. Still others were planning their eventual departure from active leadership.
What unites these engagements is our fundamental approach: we listen carefully, ask helpful questions, and support business owners in finding their own answers. We don't believe in prescriptive solutions or one-size-fits-all frameworks. Instead, we help clients develop the clarity and confidence to make decisions that suit their unique circumstances.
